Wedding days are expensive, and making them unique sometimes adds ridiculous amounts to the price. There are, however, some fun elements that you can add to your special day relatively cheaply!
Here are five super cute D-I-Y ideas that might just be what you need:
1 – THE HOOP CHANDELIER
Fairy lights! Relatively cheap and always pretty. A bit of ribbon and some lights wrapped around a hula-hoop make for a pretty adorable roof hanging.
2 – FLOWER BALL CENTREPIECES
Paper cut the right way, with a pin straight into a foam ball? Sounds pretty simple! As much as the paper flowers, might to be a struggle to manoeuvre, the overall outcome of this super cute centrepiece will be cheap and beautiful. Just choose the colours to match your theme and wallah!
3 – GLITTER TABLE NUMBERS
Glitter, the herpes of all craft products, adds such sparkle to any wedding! Buy some cheap wooden numbers and cover them in whatever coloured sparkles you so desire and you’re table numbers will be unique, noticeable and so loved by all the guests.
4 – MATERIAL GARDEN ARCH
Getting married outside? An archway is relatively easy to construct. Cheap fabric, a bit of ply wood and someone who has a slightly constructive hand and you’ll have this baby up in no time. Just make sure it’s secure, the last thing you want is it to come crashing down during the ceremony.
5 – BURLAP BANNER
Get creative with burlap if you want that rustic wedding feel. A bit of paint (freehand or stencil, depending on your skill set) on fabric square’s go a long way. Alternatively, paper cut out’s or any sweet little banners will add a gorgeous element to the wedding day.
So there you have it, some super cute cheap ways to make your wedding unique with some DIY options.
